B2B Telesales Opportunity With Progression (Leeds)



We are not looking for anyone to sell telecoms or utilities. We provide recruitment solutions to UK (and soon Global) businesses. At present we are putting together a b2b service providing job board solutions and advertising for training companies. The websites are live and job board is undergoing testing (should be live in the next 4 weeks. Website optimization and marketing efforts are underway to attract candidates to the sites. We are looking for individuals to provide a telesales service generating and closing sales with recruiters recruitment agencies and training companies in our chosen markets. The role involves business development and relationship management to ensure that clients understand our service and want to use it again and again. There is a small database in place that would require further management and entries from our telesales agents. Initially this role will be a home based telesales role with commissions being paid on each sale (37.50 average commission per sale) and agents are expected to generate at least 4 sales per day resulting in a commission of £150 per day. As this is a new business we are looking to grow and there will be opportunities for successful agents to become team leaders where additional commissions are paid. The role would be self employed for 3 months. After the first 3 months a review would take place to discuss progression and salary expectations agents have the option to become employed or to continue on a self employed basis. At present there is 1 job board in place with 5 others in development. Agents will have the opportunity to work on All boards as they become available. Interested?
