You will be an excellent communicator have the natural ability to rapport build and deal with escalated customer enquiries. Your role will involve dealing with complaints and negotiating new deals with consumers and corporate customers. You will have experience of case management in a high value high expectation customer service environment. Decision making experience in a commercial environment.
