Customer Relations Manager 16607 17142 plus bonus and benefits Leeds We urgently require experienced case managers or high level customer service staff for a prestigious client in Leeds. You will be an excellent communicator have the natural ability to rapport build and deal with escalated customer enquiries. Your role will involve dealing with complaints and negotiating new deals with consumers and corporate customers. Duties and Responsibilities Delivery of an outstanding customer experience Assume ownership and ensure all inbound and outbound contacts are handled promptly efficiently and with a high level of professionalism. Ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the life of the case Communication with all case stake holders where appropriate to ensure a satisfactory outcome to the case Ensure all contacts are recorded on the relevant case management client systems following any guidelines instructions issued to their respective teams. To take a proactive approach within their teams with respect to managing and dealing with any variations in work loads. Ensure a proactive approach is taken with respect to maintaining their knowledge of their respective Brand products through the participation in any product knowledge or technical training Where appropriate provide coaching Skills and Experience Required Experience of case management in a high value high expectation customer service environment. Decision making experience in a commercial environment.
