Customer Service Assistant (Headingley, Leeds)

You will be working for a large reputable Landlord in Headingley Leeds who own and manage a variety of properties to rent throughout West Yorkshire. You will assist the team in maintaining a high impression of the company to all customers and clients by providing excellent customer service and playing an active role in the achievement of maintaining a market leading position. You will be professional punctual and display a positive image to staff clients and customers at all times playing an important role within a team environment or can work independently to achieve results. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and have confidence to handle a variety of telephone enquiries you will primarily be booking in viewing appointments taking payments responding to email enquiries and assisting the team to ensure that operations run smoothly. You will be able to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads and will be trustworthy and organised with an understanding of some computer programs. Training and support will be provided for internal practices and procedures. This will be a busy full time role (M-F 9-530PM) over the Student Letting Season and will be for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extending.
