Customer Services Administrator at Bonza Balloons (leeds, bradford)

We are looking for a member of staff to assist with the Customer Services and Administrational side of our Balloon Printing service and our Balloon Helium service The role will involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone email generating quotations approving artwork and processing successful orders using our bespoke customer management system. You will work as part of a small team within our organisation as well as liaising with external suppliers to fulfill order requirements. The successful candidate will have great organisation and communication skills have excellent attention to detail good computer skills a professional telephone manner and an enthusiastic approach. Previous experience in a Customer Services Admin position would be advantageous. We are looking for candidates who are able to start immediately. We are offering a starting rate of £6.50 per hour 30-40 hours a week over 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday. The role is on a temporary basis initially with potential for a permanent position. Our offices are based at Abbey House Back Lane Bramley Leeds Ls13 4bn. Free parking is available and we are also well connected with local buses and trains.
