Due to continued expansion my national client are currently looking for a new recruit within their accounts team to strengthen the function within the business. The ideal candidate will need to be experienced working within accounts with a proven track record within bank reconciliations. Working within the cash management team who are responsible for the processing of client receipts and payment allocation of all office receipts candidates will need to be a strong team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills with a can do attitude. Job Description Printing and processing client receipts and payments Bank reconciliation and treasury experience Printing and processing office payments Printing and matching remittance advices received into the mailbox Producing daily record of cheques received Monitoring client to office transfer mailbox Checking all banks on a regular basis during the day for funds received Posting the allocation of the above General queries and filing Experience of working in the Finance department of a solicitors practice would be a distinct advantage.Sewell Moorhouse acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
