Avance are happy to announce that they are looking for a Credit Controller to come and work on one of our credit management campaigns. As a Credit Controller you will be managing and co-ordinating the collection of overdue debt in accordance with to our client s credit policy ensuring that relevant action is taken to minimise risk and exposure to client cash flow. Ensure that monthly deadlines and objectives are met. You will be responsible for the following duties- Daily credit management of approx 200 accounts via telephone letter and email Strict adherence to client credit policy Resolve all customer queries in a timely manner to ensure current customer service levels are maintained. Ensure all orders released within the required timescale. Advise customer service sales of all held orders. Review recommend and maintain credit limits Ensure timely and accurate allocation of monies onto customer accounts. Assess new account applications and apply terms of trading and risk category indicators based on customer knowledge. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details. Reconciliations of customer s accounts. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the management of the company Other duties are- Filing Faxing and photocopying Attend sales client meetings discuss and review ledger Experience- 1 2 years previous credit control experience. Strong Numerical skills Ability to work under own initiative Influencing Skills Knowledge of the brewing industry or similar. Experience of busy fast paced telephone based environment. Excellent Organisational skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Ability to cope under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
