Hotel Receptionist (Leeds)



Experience in reception and hotel work is essential. Must have excellent customer service skills along with a good telephone manner. Good problem solving skills are essential. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties include dealing with customers cash handling checking room standards dealing with guest feedback and complaints and any other tasks as required. 24-32 hours per week over 7 days 11pm-7am 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm.
