As a Customer Sales Advisor you will receive sales leads from this companies engineers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers who are interested in the products and services within the utilities industry. You will follow up the lead(s) and convert these leads into sales by building rapport and handling and overcoming objections. You will thrive in a sales target driven environment and have a can do attitude who loves to over achieve. Experience You Must have previous sales experience Have worked to sales targets Have excellent objection handling skills 1st class customer services skills Ideally coming from either a call centre door to door or retail back ground.
