Part-time temporary worker needed for general property improvement and decorating work related to a small portfolio of high-end private rental houses all of which are in the Headingley area. The position would suit a student. Previous experience would be useful though not essential but applicants must be committed genuinely keen to learn new skills and prepared to work to a high standard. Training will be provided. The position will only be temporary length of employment depending entirely upon our need though the level of commitment intelligence and reliability shown by the applicant could also be a factor. Own transport would be an advantage but not essential. The rate of pay is £6 per hour.
